The Talent Foundation team has a diverse range of backgrounds and skill sets, but we share a common passion for changing the world. We work hard to accomplish our mission – but we insist on having fun while doing it!

At the Talent Foundation, if you ask our team members what they like best about working here, the answer you’ll usually get is “the people.” We’re a small, collaborative team and we’re passionate about changing the world. We work hard, but we know how to have fun doing it – we’ve been rumored to break out in “the wave” in team meetings from time to time.
