Talent Foundation uses the maximum care as is possible to ensure that all or any data /
information in respect of electronic transfer of money does not fall in the wrong hands. For completing online
transactions involving payments a user is directed to a secured payment gateway. We, Talent Foundation does not store
or keep financial data such as credit card numbers/passwords/PINs etc or any "Personal Account Related Information".
Since the transaction happens on a third party network not controlled by Talent Foundation, once
an online transaction has been completed, the Personal Account Related Information is not accessible to anyone at
Talent Foundation after completion of the on-line transaction at the payment gateway, this ensures maximum security.
Note:The terms in this agreement may be changed by Talent Foundation at any time and
is free to offer its services to any client/prospective client without restriction.
Privacy Policy
This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their ‘Personally identifiable
information’ (PII) is being used online. Union Ministry of Communications and Information Technology notified new
rules under the Information Technology Act, 2000, to regulate the use of the Internet privacy law and information
security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, locate a
single person, or to identify an individual in context. Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear
understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your Personally Identifiable Information in
accordance with our website.
It sets out the basis on which we will process any personal data and information we collect from you and/or
others on your behalf (such as recruitment agencies), or that you and/or others on your behalf provide to us,
for the purposes of recruitment and employment. We will use the information provided to us and/or collected
through our e-recruitment portal to consider and administer applications for employment and for statistical
purposes (for example for ensuring equal opportunities). Our site also uses cookies as set out in our cookie
policy. You can choose not to accept these but if you do not accept these some of the features of our website
and e-recruitment portal may not be available.
Information Collected and Processed
Through our e-recruitment portal, we will collect and process the following:
- Information that you (and/or others on your behalf) provide by filling in application forms and entry fields on our site and within the portal, including at the time of registration.
- Information that you (and/or others on your behalf) upload into the portal, including curriculum vitae and other documentation and
- Information provided by you (and/or others on your behalf), and also information that is about you and obtained from others, during the application process (for example information and feedback from interviews, tests and assessments, and other employment related administration).
How We Use Your Information
We will use the information that you provide to us:
- To process and administer your application for employment with us
- To allow you to use certain features of our website and use the e-recruitment portal and
- Where your application is successful, to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into with you and to administer your employee file. Our e-recruitment portal tool is owned and hosted by a third party supplier IBM. Information may also be processed by this third party supplier and its staff in order to provide its service to us (see below for further information). Your information will be used by the relevant function and staff only to the extent necessary for the purposes set out above.
Where We Store Your Information
We are a growing firm with offices and branches in a number. As such,
we may be required to share information that we collect from you with offices, branches and other entities
carrying on business under or including the name Talent Foundation (justjob.co.in).

Information may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the Indian Continent, including
countries that may have different standards of privacy and data protection legislation. As noted above,
our e-recruitment portal tool is owned and hosted by own or a third party supplier. Information may also
be processed by this third party supplier and its staff operating outside the Indian Continent, for
example to provide hosting and support services (including password resets) for the e-recruitment portal
on our behalf. You will be asked to choose a username and password when you register to apply for a vacancy.
You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of your log in details and we recommend that this
information is kept confidential at all times and your password changed regularly. If you forget your log-in
details, these will be reset option to change the password. Talent Foundation has put in
place appropriate measures to ensure that your information is processed securely and in accordance with the
firm’s global Data Protection Standards. You acknowledge and agree that by using our e-recruitment portal
and submitting your personal data and information, we may collect and process your personal data and
information (including where necessary sensitive personal data such as ethnicity or disability status)
for the purposes set out above.
Disclosure Of Your Information
Save for disclosure within Talent Foundation as set out above and third parties who may process information our behalf, we will only disclose your information to other third parties where:
- We have obtained your consent
- We are required to do so by law or for regulatory reasons
- It is necessary to investigate a potential or actual breach of Talent Foundation policies,
- It is necessary in our belief to protect or defend Talent Foundation’ rights and interests,
- It is necessary for the purpose of, or in connection with, legal proceedings, or to defend legal rights, or
- It is necessary to prevent and detect crime.
Disclosure Of Your Information
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information that we hold about
you and to have inaccurate information corrected. Once your application has been submitted, we will hold your
information until such time as the application process is complete unless you withdraw your application and
ask us to delete your information. Once the application process is complete, we may not able to delete your
information and, regardless of the outcome of your application, we will hold your information for a minimum
of 12 months for legal and regulatory purposes. Statistical data will not be deleted but will be held
anonymously. Please be aware that this policy may change from time to time and any changes will appear here.

The contextual assessment information will be shared on a semi-anonymous
basis (i.e. your name will be excluded) with Rare Recruitment, an external third party we have engaged to
assist us with evaluating data for the purposes of assessing your academic record and will providing
information that is useful when considering your achievements holistically. You can choose not to disclose
this information if you do not wish to share it or have it used in this manner.
Google
Google’s advertising requirements can be summed up by Google’s Advertising
Principles. They are put in place to provide a positive experience for users. We may use Google AdSense
Advertising on our website.
Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site.
Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our site and
